BARB has released the official figures for parts 1 and 2 of The Nightmare Man, aired on CBBC on the 11th and 12th of October. Part 1 attracted
0.594 million viewers, while part 2 attracted
0.668 million. The first episode of Sarah Jane's Alien Files, aired after part 1,
0.431 million viewers. The 2 parts of The Nightmare Man was repeated on BBC Two, with the overnight figures
0.21 million for Part One and
0.31 million for Part two.
