The American actor Mekhi Phifer, best known for roles in ER and Lie To Me, as well as numerous Music videos, has been reported to be cast as CIA Agent Rex Matheson in the new series of Torchwood. Click
here to read more, on Deadline. The official Torchwood Facebook page also has revealed that the series will premier on the 1st July, in both the UK and the US.
