Series 5 Writers

Some new writers for Doctor Who has been announced for series 5. Late last year until January this year, there have been rumours that fantasy author and graphic novelist Neil Gairman will write and episode, but so far, there has been no confirmation. Other writers are (Head-Writer) Steven Moffat, Richard Curtis, best known for Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones's Diary, Notting Hill, The Boat That Rocked and Love Actually, as well as the hit sitcoms Blackadder, Mr. Bean and The Vicar of Dibley and also founded the charity Comic Relief, Simon Nye has also been confirmed, best known for the sitcom, Men Behaving Badly, and also David Renwick, best known for the sitcom One Foot in the Grave, and mystery series Jonathan Creek.
