It has been revealed from Doctor Who Magazine that June Whitfield will play the character Minnie Hooper in this year's Christmas special. It said "This is another classic piece of casting from Andy Prior and his team. June is practically television royalty! The entire crew's been having so much fun filming with her, and her presence gives the whole story that extra sparkle, just in time for Christmas." She also appeared in Terry and June, and Absolutely Fabulous as well as many more.please comment
