The Tardis was spotted on top of the Millenium Centre in Cardiff Bay on Sunday. Rumours suggest that the regeneration scene took place there, but filming already finished. It could just be for show, but no-one know why it's there. Some pictures have been taken, you can see them below. You can click on them to enlarge, but I don't see why.

It's weird, as no cast or crew were seen. Maybe it's just there for the public view, or even for promo pictures???
